JOBarcelona és el Congrés Internacional d'ocupació i orientació laboral que se celebra anualment a Barcelona. És un espai de referència on es connecta de forma directa companyies de primer ordre i joves universitaris per oferir-los oportunitats professionals des dels seus darrers anys de carrera o bé en els seus primers de carrera professional. Durant el congrés es fan processos de selecció, entrevistes, conferències, tallers i workshops. Les companyies tenen l'oportunitat d'ampliar el seu pool de candidats i captar talent júnior fent accions de Branding Employment.
