Target population:
General population
Objetive:

Methodology:

The items in the questionnaire refer to the physical activity performed (both moderate and vigorous) by the respondent over the last seven days.

It includes questions about physical activity carried out as part of work activity, as part of transport/travel, during household and/or care tasks, and during leisure/sport time.

It includes questions about the time spent in the last seven days sitting down.

There are two versions of the questionnaire: a short one and a longer, more detailed version.

Opportunities and limitations:

A tool that has been applied extensively and validated internationally, with many associated scientific publications.

With its two versions (short and long), it can be adapted to meet the objective and according to specific capabilities. It provides questionnaires and protocols in several languages.

In addition to translation of the questionnaire into the local language, it may require cultural adaptation on a case-by-case basis.
