Evaluation and results
In this mandate, the Barcelona Provincial Council's commitment to continuous improvement continues through the monitoring and evaluation of the support provided to local entities through the instruments of the Cooperation Plan:
- General Investment Program is equipped with a web platform intended for monitoring and accountability on the management of the aid granted, and includes a system of satisfaction surveys that are addressed to local entities upon completion of the actions.

- The Service Catalog has an associated quality and continuous improvement system externally certified as a service charter, according to UNE 93200:2008. Through this system, quality commitments are established in the provision of resources and a system of satisfaction surveys that are addressed to the recipient entities upon completion of each assistance.
- The specific programs are provided with final evaluation reports in relation to the defined objectives, and also include surveys to measure the satisfaction of the recipients.
