The 2020-2023 Mandate Action Plan, or PAM 2020-2023, is the strategic document that details the main political objectives that respond to the priorities of Barcelona Provincial Council and the areas of action to achieve them, using all the resources that the corporation has at its disposal.

This Plan establishes the corporation’s roadmap for the next three years, which may be adapted and renewed to meet the needs and political priorities that may emerge as a result of changes to the economic and social context of the province of Barcelona.
